Resources

In this place of our app, you will be able to find meditations, breathing exercises, calming exercises, inspiring, motivational, healing, and calming quotes. It is a safe space for you to take some time for yourself and to help deal with your issues. You will be able to find meditations of 1 hour, 45 min, 30 min, 20 min, 10 min, and 5 min, as we know sometimes it's hard to find the time you will have access to very short but inspiring meditations. Also different breathing exercises, some require more time than others. AND SO MANY OTHER THINGS!!!
